Kind and approaching staff especially mrcarl and filipina receptionist. Central location just next door to shops and malls and restaurants, appreciated it. A cool bonus was nearby Mama's Cupcakes, that offered tea and coffee.
We were given room that had to be cleaned everyday.

The venue is quite clean, the staff is excellent accommodating. Lots of pretty good options for meal. Great that they have Wheelchair Accessible rooms; everyone is welcome here. Late check out too
